A popular restaurant chain that has been closed for more than 18 months is about to return to Allentown this month, a long with others new retailers at the Lehigh Valley Mall. With so many businesses not being able to make ends meet during the coronavirus pandemic, the mall has many vacant retailer sites. The mall director hopes the return will attract other restuarants and retailers.
Bravo! Italian Kitchen, an italian restaurant which closed in March of 2020, will reopen this month at the Lehigh valley mall location. The restaurant is an upscale- casual chain italian restaurant. Some of their signature dishes are Pasta Bravo, Chicken Scalloppine, and Veal Parmesean. They also offer, soups, salads and flatbreads as well as drinks and desserts. Owner Joe Peluso is happy to be back serving the community, Its been a long time, and we are excited to get this restaurant back open.
Along with curbside, Bravo! will be expanding their outdoor dining with overhead coverage. Getting prepared for warmer weather. In an effort to boost customer support, they will be launching a new dining rewards program Bravo Perks. This program will allow dinners to earn rewards the more they dine at the chain, With some new changes and the same great food Bravo! is hopefull for their return.
